Meet the Doctors
Dr. Sarah Williams is a pediatric and developmental optometrist. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Wesleyan University in 2012. She went on to pursue her Doctor of Optometry degree from New England College of Optometry (NECO) where she was a member of the inaugural class’s Pediatric Concentration Program and was the recipient of NECO’s Leadership Scholarship and the 2018 Good-Lite Pediatric Equipment Award. She then completed a residency in Pediatric Optometry in 2019 from New England College of Optometry.
Dr. Williams specializes in pediatrics and binocular vision. She has extensive experience treating binocular vision disorders such as Convergence Insufficiency, Strabismus, and Amblyopia.
Dr. Williams has been an Assistant Professor at NECO in the department of Specialty and Advanced Care since August 2019. She is currently Instructor of Record for the Strabismus and Amblyopia courses and Introduction to Sports/Performance Vision elective.
Dr. Williams lives in North Easton with her husband and daughter. In addition, she loves playing tennis, using her peloton, and visiting the South Shore beaches.
Dr. Antonia Lettrick, or Dr. Toni as her younger patients call her, is an optometrist at Optocize. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science from Western New England University in 2020. She continued on to complete her Doctor of Optometry Degree at NECO in 2023 with a concentration in pediatrics and vision therapy. She graduated with honors as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa National honors society. Dr. Toni was the recipient of the 2022 American Academy of Optometry Practice Excellence Scholarship, College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD) Award for Excellence in Vision Therapy, and the Ira Schwartz Behavioral Vision Award. After graduating optometry school, she completed a year long residency with Dr. Barry Tannen in New Jersey with an emphasis on neuro-optometric rehabilitation and vision therapy.
Dr. Toni specializes in post concussion/traumatic brain injury (TBI) optometric care, pediatrics, and vision therapy. She enjoys empowering patients with knowledge and helping people of all ages improve their vision to their highest potential!

Dr. Toni is originally from Albany, NY but currently resides in Pembroke, MA with her boyfriend. She loves spending time on the beach, watching Boston sports teams, and making charcuterie boards!
Meet the Staff
Stephanie is the office manager and vision therapist at Optocize Vision Therapy. She earned her Medical Assistant Certification at Porter and Chester Institute in 2016. She went on to work in Primary Care and Dermatology as a Lead Medical assistant. She then went on to work as an optometric technician at Bay Eye Center. Stephanie has a passion in helping children and adults get their best vision possible.
Stephanie lives in Stoughton with her husband and 3 kids. In addition, she loves to read and spend time with her family watching movies.
